CEO Munoz said earlier today that Dao's treatment was truly horrific. he is now apologizing profusely after trying to blame the victim yesterday.

Dao has retained a big named attorney from his Chicago hospital bed.

The spokesman trying to smooth things out hasn't changed the discussion.

So on what grounds exactly did UAL pull the Dr off the flight?

I don't think "Because Joey and Vinnie wanted to" can be considered grounds.

So what grounds was he pulled off if it wasn't oversold?

The employees on the plane obviously disagree with the spokesman.

You say you never claimed it was oversold.

For the third time- why was the doctor taken on off the plane if it wasn't oversold?

He doesn't "deserve" a single penny. He'll get a nice paycheck, but "deserve" has nothing to do with it.

Which is accurate. Agreed?

They needed four seats. He was one of the four selected.

I've done so several times. I grow tired of repeating myself.

And you agree that he purchased a contract with United yes?

And that both parties have to follow the contract of carriage, right?

So where exactly in the contract does it say that someone can get bumped for a flight that was NOT oversold?

I can post the link again for you.

ETA: I'll even help you out and give you all night to look. You'll be looking for a while because it isn't in there.

Already covered. Once again, the spokesman's statement doesn't change the discussion.

*edit*

Cool. I don't need it to be in there.

Dude you're trolling. You can't point to a single section of the contract that remotely backs your claim. You can spin circles all you want but nothing you post is relevant here.

Wrong. It was covered for several pages earlier. You don't like it or agree with it, but I don't need you to.

Because they had 4 employees that needed a ride so that a larger chain reaction of cancellations/delays could be avoided.

They own the damn plane, so they can cancel the flight if they want. This man child was one of the unluckly to draw his exit off the plane. He chose to re board the plane and act a fool. Hopefully this lawsuit lands the drug dealing psychopath doctor some jail time.

I'm completely serious. It's likely that you've lost track of the discussion, but that's your issue.
