We have two links that show the experts saying otherwise..
And there are at least two I posted saying UAL would lose.
You think UAL goes to court on a 50/50 hunch?
Well seeing what the CEO knows about publicity maybe he does.
Hopefully he takes it to court- I want to keep watching UAL burn itself down.

Nope and I've never said that. I stated the opposite, actually.

Read it again. If you still don't get it, read it until you do.
Or don't, I don't care. Just stop melting about it.

So let's just get one thing straight. UAL is now admitting the flight was not overbooked.
USA Today
Being as it wasn't overbooked, how can you rely on that section of the contract of carriage to claim they were right to deny him boarding?

United spokesman Jonathan Guerin said Tuesday that all 70 seats on United Express Flight 3411 were filled, but the plane was not overbooked as the airline previously reported.

I love the idea of making fun of how silly you now look in this thread is melting.

Link to you doing that?
All you did was post something to show that I was right.

United stating it was not overbooked definitely prove you right in saying they may have said it was overbooked!

Hopefully he comes back and explains himself a little more.

So now you claim the flight wasn't overbooked all along?
Posted on 4/11/17 at 11:33 pm to NYNolaguy1
I never made that claim to begin with.

So on what grounds exactly did UAL pull the Dr off the flight?
