Yes it is. This plane was not overbooked. The section of the contract you quoted earlier has nothing to do with boarded passengers.

You're the broken record. Shel has posted arguments relayed to the specific verbiage in the contract, and all you say is "nope." Back it up!

Is it? You think it is because you're acting like you're 100% certain it was a lawful request, when we simply don't know, but those that know more than us seem to think it was not a lawful request.

Either that or he is too stupid to insult.

I'm not sure which but I would say it is a 50-50 proposition.

that is correct. Quite possibly but not certainly.

Ok, let's assume for a split second it was his by contract.

Does the police officer have a legal right to remove him?

So if you sit in a restaurant, they close at 10 you refuse to leave at 10. Is that your right to just stick around?

Because you two are acting like children in your interactions. BUT shel posted support for his argument a couple pages back. Just because it wasn't in response to you, doesn't excuse you from ignoring it.

Did you enter into a contract with the restaurant saying you could stay past ten, and give your consideration(money) to restaurant already?

If so, than yes your arse can stay in said restaurant
