Sweden and Michigan both have a population of 10 million.
Michigan, in total Coronavirus lockdown, has 34,000 cases with 2,813 deaths.
Sweden, open with no Coronavirus lockdown, has 16,000 cases with 1,509 deaths.
It is UNDENIABLE at this point that the lockdown is absolutely pointless, insane, and idiotic.

I never thought I’d see the day we put 30+ million people on unemployment intentionally. Much less for a virus with a mortality rate less than 2% and in reality probably WAY lower

I couldn't give a shite whose fault it is, this is really unfortunate all the way around. I've been trying to figure out a bright side and the only thing I can think of is the children being brought up now, might have the same reserve, might, stoicism, and practicality that the generation spawned during the depression developed.
We called that previous generation the greatest. Maybe this generation can be great as well. Good luck out there, baws. In the end, we're all in this together.
