Carrying all that crap, you asking for trouble. Bad karma.
I find the opposite is true for me, the more prepared I am the less likely I am to need it. Over time it usually lulls me into a false sense of security and when I quit preparing because I never use any of the stuff I have been hauling around that is just about the time I need it and don't have it.

Multiple ratchets and bits it’s a waste in the truck imo. Just carry one full set at most.
There’s no reason to carry stuff that’s not a ‘fix it until I get home’ tool.
I’d get a magnet on a stick or something to grab a bolt or but your drop down into your engine while working.

Some trash bags and gloves can be handy too.
And a bottle of bleach for obvious reasons.

Is all that in case the truck breaks? I would get a more reliable truck. But have some gloves cause stuff going to be hot.

My buddy is "Mr. Prepared" when it comes to this subject.
We picked up a nail and had a flat as we pulled into BassPro recently and he had it changed in less than 7 minutes.
Like a 1 man pit crew

Torque wrench and multimeter?
You're not fitting all that shite in a bag or even under your seat

Good collection of items there. I would add a couple of bottle of water and couple of snacks just in case you get stranded for a while.
Things I would remove from your bag...
Air Gauge. Needing to have exact right amount of air is not an emergency. Yes it is small but clutter drives me nuts.
Three kinds of tape. Duct tape can replace the electrical tape and repair tape in emergencies.
1/4" ratchet and sockets. Go with just the 3/8" and full range of sockets. Hell the 1/2" set is probably not needed either.
Dump the M18 impact driver. Battery will probably be dead anyway and cars were repaired for decades without one.
Tourque wrench can stay home unless you plane on rebuilding your engine on the side of the road.

For 1/2 the price of the Knipex pliers alone, my harbor freight tool kit (2 screw drivers, channel locks, zip ties and duct tape) has never left me or anyone stranded.

Pack of 3 are cheap at checkout line and they are worth gold in a pinch. Always get the non translucent ones.
If you live in a cold weather climate there are other essentials in case you get stuck in a snow bank. Weatherford use to give us a cold weather survival kit for our trucks. Had bags of water and thermo blanket. Stuff like that

Since you don't have one of these...
...you should just keep a cell phone under your seat to call your husband.

I would not put any aerosol spray can inside a vehicle. It gets hot and could explode from overpressure.
Get a can of liquid Kroil or the equivalent.
Also add a small roll of tie wire.
