Yes. Very few of them even work. A third of their population is imported labor.

Maybe the oceanic water levels are rising because we’re weighing down the continents too much.

You’re just wrong. Calories from carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are processed through unique metabolic pathways with different outcomes. Very little of the protein a person ingests is used for energy production. Sugar is readily converted into triglycerides and stored as fat when consumed.

I had breakfast at the woodlands embassy suites last week. I had scrambled eggs, and two pieces of sausage with coffee.
A large black couple that was nearby each had enough food on their plates to feed a family of 4. Each plate with stack of pancakes, bacon, eggs, muffins, sausage, potatoes, and more. Also ordered 2 omelettes to be made. It was disgusting.

Three words
Ultra Processed Foods

Our bodies don't know what to do with it. Humans have eaten real food for millennia, and now most peoples diets primarily consist of fake food. I think it is cause for allergies and many other health issues.

Everyone in this country has the same problem. It’s not white supremacy, climate change or Trans rights.

It’s we have too much food to eat.

If you really think about that for a second. For thousands of years, people fought and starved to death over food. Now this country has so much of it that we’re literally fat. All of our problems are bullshite when you look at 3rd world countries

Exactly. The citizens of many of the Gulf countries are rich off oil and import immigrants to do any work that requires any physical labor. Citizens eat well and move little. Diabetes is also becoming an issue in these countries.

Despite the different metabolic pathways, you will lose weight if you are running a caloric deficit even if you just ate sugar.*

The body will use protein for fuel (but it doesn't like to) if you aren't taking in enough carbs and it can't break down fat fast enough it will turn any protein into ketones for fuel.

Sugar will not be turned into fat as long as your glycogen levels are below maximum.

* this is a horrible way to approach significant fat loss though because you aren't protecting your muscle mass. I do cut with mostly carbs though because I need the glycogen to be able to do the HIIT cycles to get my caloric burn high enough given there are only so many hours in the day. That being said I am usually only trying to cut 6-7 pounds and running a 3000 calorie deficit only requires lower amounts of protein than usual for 7-9 days. I need about 2 weeks of my normal pre-race training and 3800 calories a day of mostly white carbs and protein to peak.

Sure, malnourished means less weight. Its called starving. Take a person on a 2500 calorie normal American diet and a person on a carnivore doing 2500 calories per day with the same amount of exercise and see which one weighs less in a year.
