ULM Student in ICU after attack outside a local bar

Sujan Dhakal and his friend were reportedly walking to their car outside of Mustang Sally’s when a man attacked them.
According to witnesses, the attack happened unprovoked leaving the victim unconscious and bloodied in the street.
The Monroe Police Department says this is an ongoing investigation, and no arrests have been made.
According to a ULM spokesperson, the university is aware of the situation and is in contact with the student. There is no further comment at this time.

It’s pretty sketchy out there late at night. I had to walk a couple blocks around Mustang Sally’s a few times late at night, and I would not recommend.
