That’s all people on this board are good for is talking TRASH about every city and school in Louisiana except BR and LSU.

I'm not knocking pharmacist at all. They're a product of our system, but I watch them at the local CVS and I feel bad for them. Although I'm sure they do a lot more than I realize, it seems that they are a very busy, specialized retail clerk. Phone ringing, drive thru line 4 cars deep, 8 people at the counter, non stop.
I know they have pharmacy techs that work along side them they share the brunt of it, but to think that they went to school for 10 years to work in that type environment. It just has to be frustrating. Rude customers, high cost, all to show up to work at Wal Mart every day. Anyone know what the average starting pay for a pharmacist at a retail chain is?
