This was addressed earlier. Ukraine citizens get top priority. If you are there illegally or student visa you are pushed to the end of the line.

On the list of people I have been around, southerners are at the bottom with Midwesterns and chucked Germans. Middle Eastern, Russians, and Ivy league east coasters are at the top for most racist. Mexicans are not far behind.

I’m not certain because that article is so foggy, but the issue may actually be Poland not letting POC in. Indians aren’t being let into Poland either and had to find their way to Slovakia instead.

I read a Nigerian med student was complaining that they were letting native born Ukrainian women and their children leave first. She was of course very upset by this. No comment on why she wasn’t attending medical school in Nigeria strangely.
