Don't read a thread about el Chapo bro.

A fit wouldn't matter who was in the White House. "The dems let our fricking candidate get murdered and did nothing" would be he only campaign slogan a republican would need for the decade or two.
well we did nothing after an agent was killed except throw a little money at the problem and see if it would go away.
LOL @ us government putting a 5mil bounty on someone worth billions.

That's an actual story I saw on one of those documentaries, sadly. i assume this is the story about that bus they hijacked right? thats a whole batch of images placed in my head by reading that story that will never leave.
Exactly...there's a special place in Hell for those frickers.

maybe if a few more people knew what was going on, we'd force our president to grow a pair and do something about the problem.
nah...who am i kidding.

I don't think so, but maybe. I'm not even sure it was el chapo related. For some reason I think it was on a documentary about that area south of California and how dangerous it was. I can't google "beheaded infant corpse raped" at work

i guess the US was on their cellphone when this was taking place and wasn't responsible for any oversight of this cat.

he should really reconsider just how violent of a person he's picked a fight with. i see unpleasantness in trump's future for him or someone close to him.
This Mexican frick is not about to attempt to assassinate a U.S. Presidential candidate. Or any of his friends or family members. Jesus.

because he's so afraid of the consequences right?
he might end up in a maximum security cell in mexcio..that would be really unpleasant.

No. Why would we be part of the oversight in a Mexican prison? We attempted numerous times to have him extradited but Mexico wouldn't play. Sounds like they need to clean this problem up themselves.

seriously?
because the business this guy is in has no impact on the US?

I mean we helped take down Escobar. This guy and his 1 billion is chump change and small potatoes compared to what Escobar was doing. He was running a 30 billion dollar organization. He was like the Steve Jobs of drug distribution and government corruption.
I am pretty sure he has surpassed Escobar in wealth, and power at this point.
However, Pablo wasn't stupid enough to poke a stick at the U.S. unnecessarily, and I surmise the El Chapo isn't either.
I'm not even doubting that he could pull off killing Trump, but he wouldn't, because it would be stupid.

Here's a question, if he offs Trump, what do you think would happen to him?

Okay, the U.S. still has no control over what the Mexican gov't chooses to do with him, or how they handle the situation. Mexico's international extradition laws keep our hand out of that stuff.

I understand that but most people on here act as if Donald Trump is invincible because he is rich. If this shite did play out it would be Donald Trump VS. Mexico, that's how much power El Chapo has.

Definitely power, just because he holds power in a much bigger and more influential country.
Wealth is probably close. No one has any clue how much money Chapo has, but they know its in 10s of billions most likely.
The amount of straight cash they find randomly at stash houses is astonishing. And that is a fraction of a piece of what they're earning.
