It’s probably high everywhere. If you suspect it enough to get tested, you are probably right.

that would be more likely than 98% of women in a country being so unfaithful that they get pregnant by other men.

It’s not 98 percent of women. It’s 98 percent of those being tested. Not surprising. There was obviously doubt to begin with.

Are we sure Uganda can even perform the science of a DNA test?

That is such a shockingly high number I would first look at the technicians performing the test to see if they know what the hell they are doing.

I imagine this number is a little skewed because of the suspicions that lead to paternity tests.

A little.

frick this cuck arse behavior.

You want to see women stop doing this? Make paternity tests mandatory for anyone signing a birth certificate. Take away access to abortions for any reason except for medical complications, rape or incest.

Then also force women to pay men alimony if it is discovered she told a man a child was his for years and it turns out it’s not.

Yeah, that’s it. At a 98% rate.
That's more logical than female cheating at a 98% clip. Especially in a country like that where women are likely on a "tight leash"

They're following the leader

quote:

The ministry’s caution comes just days after DNA tests ruled out five of the nine children previously claimed to be those of the late Kawempe North MP, Muhammad Ssegirinya. Similarly, one of the children of Prof. Muhammad Kateregga was ruled out after he sought DNA testing amid concerns triggered by domestic violence in his marriage.

quote:

“People kept coming up with claims, but I always knew it was just a matter of time. The whole situation looked suspicious, especially when women began fighting over his property even before we buried him. It was heartless,” Luwemba said.

Luwemba particularly pointed out Twahirah Akandinda Ssegirinya, a 30-year-old widow of the late MP, stating that neither of the two children she presented were a DNA match.

Another claimant was Nalongo Joy from Matugga, who, shortly after Ssegirinya’s death, alleged that he fathered her 9-month-old baby—conceived around his birthday in 2023 following his release from prison. However, DNA results later confirmed the child was not his.
