Typical sentence for aggravated battery in Louisiana

I see the law says no more than 10 years, but what’s a typical sentence for say intentionally hitting someone with a car. Previous legal issues have been non-felony items.
And no this isn’t for me, for an employee (likely soon to be former employee) of a family members business.

In LA, probation is the likely outcome.

If it's a black guy when Trudy was doing criminal he'd have had to write 200 times "I will not intentionally hit people with my car".

Depends on the extent of the injury to the victim and the overall criminal history and any mitigating factors (who you know, wealth, good lawyer. good job, etc)

Depends on if you're a starter or not. If you're top 3 on the team, with an out of court settlement you can have the "victim" publicly apologize for obstructing the vehicle's pathway.

Being represented by an EBRP Public Defender, facing aggravated battery (felony), would a defendant actually receive a chance in hell of an acquittal?

Correct me if I’m wrong here, but I’m pretty sure it just goes straight to a team vote?

cant answer this question until i know the race. if white, he will probably just get probation. if black, 10 years minimum and maybe a planted drug charge
