ADS-B is new-ish technology that let's us track aircraft in real time. There are websites out there that you can monitor their flight paths. Flightradar, adsbexchange, flight aware etc. Not all aircraft are traceable i.e. The government can make their aircraft not visible to non air traffic controllers, certain military aircraft etc.

I guess they just wandered off and didn’t know where the hell they were. It had to be getting close to dark when they were found

So glad for the positive outcome. I’m sure mama has some words of advice for them when she gains composure. Sounds like the dog did his/her due diligence as well

I’ve got a 6 year old and she would be traumatized. You could probably hear her screaming from a mile away.
