Two men fire guns to terrorize Gretna Police

"The statements and evidence lead investigators to believe that the weapon was discharged to create fear for the safety of the officers and the general public in the area of the traffic stop," Lawson said.

He isn't wrong in this case imo. Defending stupidity is a losing cause. Considering the current environment, these guys were beyond moronic.
