Possibly, not likely, nobody charges anybody with anything these days it seems (anecdotal.) The 14 year old would likely be charged with something less than murder (manslaughter, etc) and then get released on non cash bond.
So, no result. Nothing that means anything, anyway.

I would be shocked if Louisiana isn't 1 of those states where if multiple people are out committing a felony and 1 of them dies at the hands of their victims... the others involved in committing the original felony could be charged with the death and the victim who did the actual killing get no charges

I was wondering when this would start happening. Lawlessness leads to vigilance. The criminals love to prey on the juveniles to do these crimes/dirty work. Now we just need the juveniles to rat out their bosses and we can start ending this crime spree.
