Federal government using one to lift a fence so a flood of illegal immigrants can cross into the US.
State of Texas using a very similar forklift to frantically build a makeshift border wall.

I think the top image was border patrol removing the razor wire in an effort to stop immigrants from cutting themselves.
Since they didn’t lay the razor wire across the border, they feel they can move it. The state is in an ongoing lawsuit because of it.

I gotta say, it's really fricking weird to witness our President invite an invasion with open arms, all while fighting one of our own states to do so

25 other states voiced their support for Texas's effort to protect their border since the fed's aren't doing it. Texas isn't backing down from that.

If anything violent happens, the media will say that Texas Rangers, Texas State Police, or the Texas National Guard either fired the first shot or instigated conflict with the feds.
