Bitch move IMO. If someone wants to square up and its one on one.. Get rid of the fricking gun and fight like you have a set.
Its one thing if someone is charging at you and you don't know what the hell is going on or what their intent is.. But this dude squared up, took his shirt off and got in position to fight..
On the other hand. If someone has a gun pointed at you, its not the smarted move to take off your shirt and square up ready to fight.
