That's the kind of "noose" that would break if you tried to hang someone. Then you'd have to let them go, because, you know, Act of God and all that.

The night club crowd is notoriously fickle and I get why a place like Reggie's would do everything they legally can to protect their business. It sucks but I would do the same thing. If I ran a family business, I'd run it to maximize earnings and not run a SJW camp.
This is 100% spot on.
I have no problem with black people coming to the same bars as white Greeks. It's more of a trash vs. money thing. It's not just normal black people causing trouble, it's the ghetto trash with absolutely so association with the university that ruins everything. Unfortunately, Baton Rouge is absolutely full of ghetto trash, and they like to run away the paying clientele.
The fickle night club crowd is the reason nothing will survive where The Bandit is. They open and attract whatever demographics aren't welcome at the other bars, and get stuck with that clientele as their reputation. Nobody worth a shite is going to go where the unwanted elements of society hang out.

Funny thing is no one gives a shite that goes to Reggie's. Leaving Fred's, the line for Reggie's was to the street and the bar was slammed. People are going to be offended, but it's not going to hurt it's bottom line during the season.
