Just before 10 a.m., the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office and Tuscaloosa police responded to Hillcrest High School after a receiving a call of an active shooter at the school. Sheriff’s spokeswoman Jessica McDaniel said no shooting took place and no injuries were reported.
