I center mine around 4 major lifts. Every thing else is gravy. Each major lift has its own day.


Squat
Bench
Deadlift
Standing barbell overhead press

im into using more muscle fibers by doing explosive lifts, like the clean & jerk, rather than slow twitched isolated movements

squats and deadlifts serve their purpose too, though
