I workout at a nice lady's house in Lakeview M-W-F at 5:30 and Saturday at 8. It's not technically CROSSFIT!!!! but it pretty much is Crossfit

Bkfst - 5 eggs scrambled, 5 slices of bacon, side of hashbrowns
Lunch - Italian Beef dipped au jous sandwich on french bread with pickled veggies on top and pork chop on side, two handfuls of trail mix
Dinner - BBQ pork fingers w/snap peas, carrots and roasted potatoes
Lower Body - Hack Squat machine, dumbbell step ups and rowing circuit.
