The Administration is probably happy with this bc they know it’s an unpopular decision but they can still satisfy their hard core base saying they tried but an “activist” judge overruled them.

Well to be fair, it was the flight attendant unions that put intense pressure on the airlines when the mandate was extended by a month in March.

This is 100% correct. Which is why the usual media suspects are running the story about how the judge is a 35 year old Trump appointee.
