I'm usually against frivolous lawsuits and the exaggerated claims that come along with them.
But anything to crush the TSA is fair game.

I look somewhat middle eastern even though I'm not. I get it pretty much every time I fly.

I have already decided that when they tell me they are going to pat me down my auto response will be that I identify as a female and I demand they have a woman feel me up. The epic melt this will cause them will be well worth the delay.

When I get selected for a patdown, I love to say awkward things like "I'm legally required to let you know I'm having an outbreak" or "Be careful, I think I loved a woman who wasn't clean.".
Saying "Only if we cuddle after!" gets all your bags searched.
