Not to confused with Ray Nagin's "voluntary mandatory evaluation" before it was 99% certain the shite was going to hit the fan and he called for an actual mandatory evacuation about 24-36 hours before landfall.

Blank Zero took her time to make the highways all one one.
She also did that the previous scare, Ivan. A great many who evacuated for Ivan said, no friggin way am i getting stuck on i-10 at a full stop for over 24 hrs without even reaching Baton Rouge.
She had it in for Ray for endorsing Jindal instead of her.

My internet has sucked all day but there's some interesting shite happening with Elsa tonight.
There's been an attempt at reorganizing tonight that would move the center to the south and put it more in line to hit Jamaica. It's in a good spot to get ventilated but that blob of cold cloudtops is a sign of these organization problems. Eric Webb pointed this out and I think he's right.
Got some low key interesting stuff about to get started from here to eventually hitting Cuba. Might fizzle but the first interesting thing in a good day plus.
