Read those emails and chat logs, though, and you'll see that the real problem here was management. There was a lot of extremely narrow, linear thinking going on and no one ever took a step back and asked, "is this thing going to be a piece of crap?"

On the flip side, government backed bailouts like this in a supposed "free market" only allow incompetent management and companies to continue existing until they create yet another mess.
