Fact is they did find huge stores of WMDs after invasion. It just wasn’t treated as a win because they were in such a state of neglect.
Oh shite where? This is breaking news.
Genuinely interested if you have anything to share on the topic

Y’all sound the same.
Glad I’m not the only one seeing the parallels. Except we were enraged and filled with self righteous fury then. And I get it. Hell, I participated.
Not sure the source of knee jerk blindness now

This is what you all wanted - an unchecked supreme executive.
Congress is nothing but a bunch of gutless cowards who are happy to let trump do whatever he wants as long as they don’t have to actually put their name on the record and vote.
It’s been building for the past 25 years and this is just the culmination. Governance by fiat.
Any retaliation by Iran on us soil will just be a pretext to take more civil rights. He already deployed marines for rioters. Just wait and see what happens if there are actual terror attacks

Do you think Kamala doesn't drag us into this? We are probably bombing Russia AND Iran with her.
For whatever reason, all of our politicians are beholden to Israel. Left, right, center, all just cannot cut them off.

The distinction would be weapons of mass destruction which, if killing thousands of people in a chemical attack isn't mass destruction, I don't know what else qualifies
but liberal media spinning it as they will but yes there were stores of chemical weapons found after the Iraqi invasion
FROM AI
Were chemical weapons found in Iraq?
AI Overview
Yes, chemical weapons were found in Iraq, but not in the quantities or of the nature initially believed to justify the 2003 invasion. U.S. troops encountered chemical weapons, remnants from the Iran-Iraq war, that included nerve agents and mustard gas. These discoveries were often made during unrelated missions and led to injuries among troops.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Pre-2003:
Iraq had a chemical weapons program, particularly during the Iran-Iraq war, producing weapons like mustard gas and nerve agents.
Post-2003:
Following the U.S. invasion, troops encountered these remnants, including chemical warheads, shells, and rockets.
Injuries:
Some U.S. soldiers were injured by these chemical agents, and details about these incidents were largely kept secret, according to a PBS report.
Secrecy:
A New York Times investigation revealed that the U.S. government withheld information about the chemical weapons discoveries and related troop injuries.
Quantity:
While U.S. troops reported finding roughly 5,000 chemical weapons, these were largely remnants of the pre-1991 program.
Not WMDs:
The chemical weapons found were not the weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) that were the primary justification for the invasion.
Ongoing Concerns:
Even after the initial discoveries, there were ongoing incidents of U.S. and Iraqi personnel being injured by remnant chemical weapons.

See here is where MAGA is fing this up… Dem presidents established a diplomatic agreement to prevent this exact scenario. Trump backs out. Now we have service members in harms way.

It’s pretty funny to watch MAGA go from “no new wars” to “it’s just a little bunker buster, glory be to Israel” in like 5 months flat

Take a read. The cliffs notes version is they found plenty of chemical weapons stockpiles, but not really evidence of active programs and the stockpiles were pretty trash.
Most of the war justification was over nuclear weapons, and while they did find yellowcake, again, not really evidence of an active program.
