California has had interest only mortgages for a while, 50 yr is crazy too...
Who is funding those loans? The State of California or local banks?

Deflecting from what? I clearly think this and 50-year mortgages are bad ideas.
Unlike you, I am willing to call out people I voted for.
What did you think of a tranny flashing his fake tits during Easter on the WH lawn while kids were around?

Trump Administration is reportedly working on 15 year car loans
Why does Trump have to approve those loans??

Maybe an FHA-type guarantee for auto lenders?
Tricolor Holdings, a very large subprime lender in the auto industry, just went under in September

Yeah that’s a very different story than credit risk exposure. That was straight up fraud.
The ones you would need to protect are the ones who sit behind the originator. Warehouse providers and the abs markets immediately come to mind. Those are the people who are going to be hung out to dry and by affiliation every person with a 401k, pension, insurance, etc.

I mean, all you can do is laugh at the same old tired insults.

Yea I read up on it a bit but having one less subprime lender still hurts the used car market.
