I feel like if Trudeau could show an ounce of humility and stop with the name calling in the Canadian Parliament, this thing would come to an end pretty quickly. Because the reality is the protest has been effective because many Canadian provides, other than BC, have already dropped their mandates.

It is pretty ironic that a shooting happened at a protest in Portland, that was in response to a shooting in Minneapolis.

Are you really comparing Portland style protests to a bunch of Canadian protesters who have conducted the most peaceful protests possible complete with bouncy houses and bbq's?

The truckers who are using their rigs to block intersections could meet the legal standard that you are positing. Not agreeing but acknowledging an argument can be made.

Standing in the street and singing and chanting does not. They are peacefully assembled and presenting matters of grievance for redress.

Well Trudeau doesn’t GAF. The bit about most of the provinces dropping mandates is bullshite too. Some provinces are phasing out certain mandates with the caveat that they will go right back with a spike in cases or hospitalizations. My local Tory riding association here in NS is in favor of continuing on the same path we have been which is every two weeks reducing some of the mandates and restrictions. We’ve got a Tory Conservative Govt. Here that just upped the fines for blockades to 10000 for individuals and 100000 for companies.
