A bulldog like Craft will bust LSU up via Discovery and uncover even more cockroaches under the carpet. No way this thing goes to trial. LSU better cave like the Woke jellyfish they are before this thing picks up steam.

If we’re really lucky we can get rid of the infestation at LSU and rid ourselves of all of the cock a roaches for good.

A new LSU Military Museum inside a renovated Memorial Tower at LSU will have a “soft” reopening June 1 and a formal rededication service on Veterans Day.
The curator says the museum will be open between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. from June 1 to June 6. There will be no admission charge.

The museum will be the repository for artifacts and memorabilia reflecting the University’s rich military history and heritage from, General William Tecumseh Sherman to General Troy H. Middleton, former president of LSU, whose collection will be the centerpiece of the museum’s permanent collection.

Sounds like LSU already agreed to let them take his personal items
The issue is with the other items that have agreements in place and LSU does have to honor those agreements if it's not his personal items
I'm sure they will come to some agreement

LSU has only provided about half of the items to the family.
And it appears LSU has underestimated the opposition in this case.

Has the entire lawsuit been published anywhere for the public to view? Including the list of Middleton items that is 26 pages long?
