This reminds me of an incident back during the 2016 flood. Our house backs up to a lake. Jones Creek had overflowed and the whole area was flooding. The lake was up to our back deck and boats were everywhere. All of a sudden a boat with 4 guys in it started doing circle and pushing water against our house. I start yelling at them, they come close and turns out it’s a St. George fire chief claimIng
they were rescuing people. After taking some pictures and telling them I was calling 911 they left. I got his name and called but really don’t think anything was done.
