Must’ve been why your wife left you. I’m guessing she was the “great dane” and the pool boy was the chihuahua?

I wish this thing would get a defined center so we could have a little more confidence in the track.

The track keeps moving a little further of the west coast of Florida. You think this thing could get out far enough in the gulf and explode into a good cat 2/3?

A) the mountains of Hispaniola are going to do a big number on the storm

B) there's a lot of shear being forecast during the time the storm would be in the Gulf

both of these factors should limit the ability for this storm to really get its act together and blow up into anything major

I understand this but it’s still to far out and has a lot of land to go over... for the tracks you posted I don’t see it becoming anything too strong, BUT if it steers more west straight over Cuba and can hold itself together , the gulf coast could be in for some trouble. To much of a guessing game at this point.

The wave is finally not tilted SW to NE and is practically S to N. This favors the north side to be able to spin up a center.

A path into the gulf would not be friendly to a TC. Going to be a shear party.

A path over Hispaniola with a defined center kills it before it starts.

Forms a center north enough to avoid the high mountains and we'll have something to watch for the east coast.
