I know the rain is displaced, what about the wind?

The rain is needed to bring the wind down to the surface, so while the clouds will be moving along, the actual experience at the surface should be pretty benign for say BR.

I've had a couple of dr peppers so pardon my french but no shite bro. Even if this was a decent tropical storm BR wouldn't feel much with this track let alone being well on the western side of a sheared off low pressure.

Same with NOAA's buoys and land based sites

There were gusts into 30kts but seems just a rain squall to me.

IF radar is an indication this thing never came close to forming an eye.

Still this new class of Potential Cyclone. Did it ever become a Tropical Depression even>

Chicken little crowd is so disappointe.

Still a PTC at the 10pm CDT advisory, so it looks like it probably will never become a tropical depression/storm.

Can’t believe they haven’t named it. I’ve seen them name way weaker systems

I’m not sure what people were expecting. It was always going to be a weak system with most of the rain displaced east of the center.

I dont even know if you can really even call it a bust. This was a late 5th/early 6th rounder storm at best. Those type picks aren't busts.
