Depends where they live. They all should go to PI or San Diego together regardless. Don't know if they all get the same platoon or not since I am not sure about the enlisted side but since you are a third person shitbird as a recruit anyway in boot camp it probably doesn't matter.

My uncles are twins, and they joined the Marines together in 1967. They went to basic at the same time, but they wouldn't send them to Vietnam at the same time.

She likely had Invitro at her advanced maternal age and they were either all seperate fertilized eggs..and just look alot alike.

You would think if she did IVF she would know they transferred 2 or 3 embryos, so it wouldn't be a "surprise" to be having twins.

I am thinking maybe a different fertility treatment (either Clomid or Clomid+IUI) and she released 2 eggs that got fertilized, then one split.

MS River is the DMZ for Marine Boot camps with a few exceptions. For Louisianians it was split 50/50 of Hollywood vs Paradise Island Marines during my time.

IIRC you can request to go to one or the other but it may not be approved.

They don't get to choose where they boot, do they? I would think the military would split them up.

They'll all go to PI. It's based on enlistment location.

If it still exists, there's also a buddy program that would put them in the same platoon for recruit training.

Sounds like maybe IVF? Multiples are common.
