Go see a hand specialist. They can give you injections to ease it, but surgery may eventually be needed.

Finger banged to many broads under the bleachers in high school?

Old battle wound?

There are stretches you can find online. From my experience: Don't be miserable and wait; it probably won't go away on its own, and a steroid shot from the hand specialist will give relief within a few days. If it keeps recurring they will probably offer surgery.

See an orthopedic surgeon. Recently had surgery on my left thumb for it. About a three week recovery time. I chose surgery over injections.

I saw a doctor and got a painful steroid shot that didn't do shite. What helped mine was using ice packs and wearing a brace.

Yes, 2 fingers were affected but it actually went away on its own. I increased gym time and additional weight and machine training which I believe helped my scenario in using my hands more.

Shots do me good but I need carpal tunnel surgery so I’m going to let them fix it then.

The shots are pretty substantial. You can handle it but you will know it. ??

I got a cortisone shot. It hurt but the trigger finger went away in about a month. The shot works about 80 percent of the time. The alternative is surgery.

Yup, just get the surgery. Quick, painless, fast recovery…..no more issues.

Check yourself for diabetes. That is a common cause of trigger finger and was one of my first unknown symptoms.

Yes. I had surgery to correct it in November.
