I didn't want to troll anyone. I clicked the button to cancel and they trolled me before they would let me cancel. That doesn't need to exist.

The last time mine was near renewal, I logged on to start a chat negotiation. Before I wrote a word, they said it looks like you are near renewal. How's $5.99 a month for a year? I was paying $5, but I took the $5.99 just to end the chat so quickly.
Now SO's new car is on the introductory term. They just sent a letter saying that, after that ends, we can sign up for a year for $5 a month. I'll take that too, but I'm going to wait a couple weeks just to see if they go any lower.
