My boy was in a Rec tee-ball league this summer. A coach and a dad from the opposite team got kicked out of a game for arguing a call at first - from a 16 y.o. ump.

I don't know man, the guy on top displayed a few things that lead me to believe he might have known what he was doing. At least little bit anyway.
The first big overhand right was sloppy but the upper cut didn't look too bad. The knee pick is a wrestling move, again it was done poorly but it's not something instinctive. It should have been done with one underhook but since the other guy was in full blown panic mode he got away with the pick.
He landed in the guys full guard which was pure accident on both their parts and missed opportunity by the buy on the bottom. IF the guy on the bottom knew how to control posture he might have saved his face but it doesn't appear he has ever wrestled or had any formal training. The guy on top threw a left hand that didn't look too bad, I think he's had some time on the mat and hitting pads.
Maybe next time the dude with his face all busted up will walk away. I give it a 5/10

I'm guessing the dude that was bleeding all over was probably drunk, so his blood was thin. And two, the other guy probably had a ring on that caught him. It didn't look like any of those punches connected well enough to open him up like that.
The bleeder did seem like the guy who was pushing things, so kinda got what he was looking for.
