And not a single picture to rate the level of trashiness
The divorce party starter pack:
caked on makeup
fried fake tan
fake tits squeezed into a slutty dress
botox
duck lips
drinks with penis straws.

Saw one of these at a local bar the other night.
Can see why the husband ditched the land whale
She was attractive from the neck up but obviously let herself go
Total trash

Did he have a cake and put it on social media for affirmation?
No cake, but yes to social media.

Quietly dealing with your poor choices will always be less trashy than demanding love and attention for it. Even if you can't feel shame, you don't have to go the other way and feel pride. It's a failure no matter how you slice it. If he did all that, yes he is a trashy attention whore.
Which is why I said it’s trashy across the board.

Celebrating failure is always trashy

Celebrating the fact that someone is willing to give up half of everything to get get away from you seems trashy

Ya girl is so exited to finally be rid of you that she and her friends threw a party. Sounds like sour grapes to me. Who cares what she or others do?

It’s not. Glad to see someone with some common sense as well as decency.

Indescribably trashy. But I’m sure the ones who do this validate the reason the reasons why their husbands dumped their crazy asses. Middle aged white women and social media have become the bane of this society. You don’t have to post about every single interaction you have. Nobody cares! There’s a reason your husband doesn’t listen to you!

Soft. Women need to be held responsible for their own personality detector malfunctions. There's no good reason to dissolve a marriage.

Women will do anything for social media attention so this isn't surprising.

I've never heard of a divorce party but this comes across as amazingly tacky and incredibly trashy. I am beyond fatigued with women and their incessant need for social media attention and validation.

8/10 trashy.
Divorce is tough, and unfortunately people think it’s one sided - like it MUST be the other person’s fault.
Reality is it takes two to tango. After experiencing it myself, I know I had my faults and so did my ex.
At the end of the day, I didn’t trash my ex. I actually ceased all social media and worked on getting myself right. Heck - I even took full responsibility to get an annulment since I knew my ex wouldn’t want to be involved.
My ex, on the other hand, liked to tell people I cheated when on dates. I figure it was playing a sympathy card since I didn’t cheat (actually found out my ex was, so maybe projection?) I did other things I’m not necessarily proud of, but cheating wasn’t one of them.
Either way, people will always try to be the hero or victim in their own story unless they’re willing to take responsibility for their actions and situations.
My ex was a loser for trash talking me with no basis and in an attempt to play victim, but hopefully has grown up since.
