Nah. Send him to a plant and let him work twelve hour swings for about six months. I've said for years that every adult in this country should have to work a plant job for at least six months, swing shift is preferred. Feelings and emotions are the last thing most of those baws give a shite about. Most of em have worked twelve hour swings for decades. Most work around shite that can kill them. Most are just trying to not get killed or maimed. They're not going to carry you around on a pillow, no matter how green and fragile you are.
Also, if you want to meet some characters, start working at a plant on twelve hour swings. Those baws are weird.

Offshore oilfield workers say "hold my half/caf double mocha latte".....
When I was in college, I worked summers off shore, on a pipe laying barge. Me, like everybody else worked 12 on/12 off for two weeks, then one week on shore. Also, we "hot bunked". For you snowflakes that don't know what that is, you have 40 berthing spaces and 80 workers. One guy is sleeping in your bed while you are working, when you are finished your shift, you turn your thin mattress over and use the other side while the other guy goes to work. This kid's head would explode if he had to do that!

The fact you are getting downvoted is pathetic. Yeah the person in the video shouldn’t have acted like a little baby in the video but they are going through an extremely rough time. That shite isn’t easy. I’d much rather work 80 hour weeks then deal with a shite customer service job along with being a full time student. Wasn’t an easy time in my life that’s for sure.
