I feel bad for this kid.
Not that he has to work a shite job, but he hasn't been taught how to handle it. I was in a similar position, and it took a lot of shite jobs to realize that nobody is coming to save you. And this guy is obviously not there yet. I don't know if he'll ever get there, but he's playing the victim and he's expecting a life that will never be.
Working a customer service job is a bitch. It sucks. But it's not getting any better by expecting someone to come save the day. Figure it out or have a long, tough life ahead of you.

99 percent of what makes this video cringe is the sharing of what’s supposed to be an internal reflection episode or a therapy session with the entire world.
People as young as this person have been immature for a while now. (Eg see Dante from the movie Clerks (1994). The difference is Dante had friends to confide in, did fun things to blow off steam like street hockey, and had more dignity than to blither about “stress” in public.
People younger than 35ish have lost the ability to discern what should be made public and what should be made private because their social arena is now on the internet rather than between actual living breathing humans.

I mistakenly hired some of these people. I run a cleaning service. I had one who took a two-hour lunch on her second day of training and skipped an entire home. During her lunch she kept messaging me asking for a "managerial" position- she never held one in a previous job but felt she deserved one. When I fired her when she showed up at the third home, she went had a meltdown and harassed me for hours because I fired her for taking lunch. I explained that no company that I've ever worked for allows a 2-hour lunch. EVER- and that any company would have fired her.
