It is a bit odd that someone was filming and the truck wasn't stuck or anything. Maybe the driver was off his meds...or on them.

I believe the driver was ejected. Looks like he is up by the tracks toward the end of the video, and I think you can see him flying out of the cab when the truck spins around for the first time. Appears to be wearing a white shirt.
