When I lived in New Hampshire it would be white people. There are probably ten black people in the whole state.

$650 seems perfectly fine to me. I bet she won't do it again. That's the point of the high fine. And the people I usually see do it in Bossier are the stuck up spoiled white women in their over priced SUV's.

Where was the ticket issued (Jefferson, Orleans, etc)?
There are requirements for a ticket to be issued. Such as proper sign placement, etc.
Note: I'm not a lawyer.

Serves you right. People who abuse the handicapped parking spots are scum. And most that abuse it have somehow managed to get a tag. You shouldn't be able to get that tag unless you are in a wheel chair or over 80 years old. And I don't mean in a wheel chair because you're too fricking fat. Those people should be forced to park in the furthest parking spots.

So why in the world did she pull into a handicap spot, if they had dropped off the person running into the store already, why in the hell would they then park illegally? At that point either drive around till they come out or go park way far away and watch?
