Dear Facebook. This isn’t Nextdoor.

If you've lived in Texas for any amount of time and live in the lafayette area, your gonna be pretty excited about this.

I've had access to TJs in various places for the past 25 years and I honestly don't get the fascination with this place.

Fresh Market & Natural grocers are already there. Will be interesting to see if they can all survive.

Yep, Lafayette could desperately use an HEB.

Yeah, I’ve never done real grocery shopping there. Only a few TJ brand items.

Good location if it is. Lots of upper middle class white ladies in a 2 mile range with disposable income in that area.

I've talked to a friend about it that works in corporate. There a little hesitant because Louisiana is pretty poor. Only a few locations make sense and there's usually lots of competition in those zip codes.

Isn’t HEB supposed to be a cheap grocery store? They have a store in Beaumont in a run down area.

Love Trader Joe's great stuff for pretty reasonable prices. Fresh fruit, great restaurant quality type flatbread pizzas, great choice of different stuff.

I like Publix and would love one

The only thing I’ve ever had from TJs is the red wine known as Two Buck Chuck. Overhyped for its quality at its price point.
It actually costs 3 bucks, and isn’t worth a buck fifty.

Yes, there’s a ton of similar grocers in area.
TJ is a little late on this…shoulda built like 8 years ago in River Rancb
