I can no longer reprimand my employ because they are hung over and look like shite otherwise I risk being kicked out of the conference!

Unacceptable Conduct:

This trade association expressly prohibits harassment and discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, pregnancy, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, personal appearance, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability or perceived disability (physical or mental), family responsibilities, political affiliation, or any other legally protected characteristic.

Examples of conduct prohibited by this Event Code of Conduct include, without limitation:

1. Sexist, racist, homophobic or other discriminatory jokes, slurs, insults or comments;
2. Unwelcome sexual advances, whether verbal or physical;
3. Display of sexualized images;
4. Stalking, whether in person or online;
5. Threatening or intimidating language or physical conduct; and
6. Inappropriate photography or recording.

If you kicked out every hungover exhibitor, the hungover customers wouldn't have anyone to talk to.

Do they include the right to toss out overly sensitive bitches who complain about other attendees and get them fired?

I’m referring to a female columnist at a programming association convention / meeting a few years ago who got upset over two individuals seated behind her, took a picture of them, then complained to the organizers that they made some kind of sexist remark that got them thrown out and fired by their employers, then wrote a column of “woe me” about how horribly she was treated by her male cohorts at the convention.

No trial.
No evidence.
Just an accusation.

Hatespeech will not be tolerated in the New America.

Your thought patterns will be analyzed.
If they are inappropriate and do not conform to what. is. right., you will be sent to camp for reprogramming.

LA is still a right to work state.

Fire the emoloyee for any reason you wish, or no reason at all.

Let freedom ring.
