So she expects cases to go down?

I assume she means new cases. I hope she means new cases. And even then it needs to be considered as a ratio of testing.

You guys are fricked.

Just so y'all know, this bitch is part of, if not THE, problem. She's essentially Latoya with a medical degree. I've had the pleasure of working with and around her for a long time in the healthcare system down here and she's a fricking liberal moonbat.

Unlike most liberal moonbats, she's really smart, which is even more dangerous than your average liberal.

But she gives that "wild in the sheets" look, tho

Those people don’t go out to eat. They eat in their backyards or front porches.

The good thing is Nola is backed by a strong economy and doesnt depend on tourism, conventions, hospitality, and things like that. So they can afford a tighter lock down than most cities

Mayor Cantrell said that the face covering requirement will not apply if you are jogging for exercise or walking down the street, but if you want to go into a business, you would need a face covering.

Face coverings are MANDATORY in new orleans now...

Mayor Cantrell: We're going to mandate that everyone wear a face covering if they go out in public or to a place of business.
