Way better than Spec's IMO.

They are about equal IMO. Went to specs last weekend and ended up spending over $300 on bourbon and beer, none of which TW had. But TW has stuff specs doesn't. Lucky for me they are within a mile of each other.

I will need to know how much wine before I can decide whether to be flabbergasted. A couple of bottles? A couple of shopping carts full?

Here’s the Dec 2020 inner circle price sheet if anyone is interested

That’s what a bottle of wine costs for me so don’t see an issue here.

She really knows how to handle a magnum with her hand placement. Learning that is an art

Way north of that. Especially for a good year.

That particular one would run well into five figures. The bottle, not the woman.

Total Wine is going to be on Seigen in Baton Rouge, correct?

Perfect for the homeless to spend their hard earned cash.

I went to the Knoxville one a lot before I found the better local shops.

If I am ever traveling and see one it's a must stop, they are sure to have a great selection, local items, and I don't have time to find the good local shops.

I fine specs has a better bourbon selection than total wine. And better wine selection. Especially Malbecs. But the prices are better at Total wine.

ETA - the downtown Houston specs is the one I’m referring to as not all specs are created equal

Wait... that's not his name... I do enjoy the Gascon offerings though.
