Here’s the thing about China. If they are lying about their numbers who inside their country is going to point that out? Point is they could lie and get away with it. And it benefits them to have declining numbers so why wouldn’t they lie?
Even with the most stringent quarantining, it’s basically impossible a country of 1.5 billion people, many living in close proximity to each other, would have ZERO new cases only 1-2 months removed from having a huge outbreak.
