Line seems to be starting the process of going from a line to more discreet cells, not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing at this point

That's not good. Want as much convective interference as possible rolling into the good instability in North MS and AL.

Damn. Hope everyone is ok.

Looking into NE Arkansas and W Tennessee. That stuff east of Jonesboro is getting some spin to it.

That’s what I thought but as far as I can tell not much is happening across north MS right now, just some moderate wind

I know that dude. I’m not surprised he hung in there. He’s a pilot and is into paragliding. He’s always doing dangerous stuff.

For some reason I feel really safe watching that tornado from its base when that guy is the narrator.

North MS firing all over the place, I’d expect a tornado warning for Ashland, MS at any second

Weather channel is so fricking stupid. They had a torcon of 7 for us here and not so much as a thunderclap. Yet last week was supposed to be nothing and Alabama got ravaged by tornadoes.

Who pays these idiots to be wrong every time?

I would be SHOCKED if there isn’t a tornado near Ashland right now, really confused why it isn’t warned

I am actually more concerned about Tues/Wed as there will be a legit squall line moving through N.TX into NW/LA that has more severe potential than this weekend.

Depending on timing, next week could be pretty wild across Texas and points East.

exactly what I want to read as I prepare to climb on an airplane for the 1st time in my life

BTR -> Dallas -> Billings, MT on Tuesday morning... and then do the reverse on Thursday afternoon
