I just searched Jelly on youtube. A bunch if videos came up by a guy named "Jelly" so I assume he is the one you are referring to. The video I saw was this guy playing a video game and just being all animated about it. It isn't at all entertaining.

It's a big deal that they have all these ways of expressing, spreading, and worst of all perpetuating their stupidity.
If they have "always been stupid" is up for debate.
That things external to them are radically different now is not up for debate.
