You'll have to deal with the shitty public for a 2nd job with your available hours.

Pizza delivery
Wait tables
Uber

etc...

Yes, they suck, but they also have the most earning potential for someone your age.

Wait tables at a place that closes at a decent hour, 9 or 10pm.

You'll make the most money waiting tables.

ETA: I washed cars at local businesses I had contacts at. $20 per car for a basic wash inside and out (options for more expensive stuff if the customers wanted that), and I could do 1 every 45 minutes or so. I made a boat load doing that for awhile. But I had everything I needed to do that beforehand, so pretty low start up cost for me.

This, preferably a cougar bar, because better tips and learn a few things from 40 yr old divorcées.

This is probably your best bet actually.

I took bets for a few years just for our close friends and made 1k or so a month during football season, but I've quit doing that. Not worth the hassle anymore.

Stocking shelves at Winn Dixie or Target. They do much of their restocking after hours, so you don't have to be around customers.

Night shift at AG grocery distribution center on Perkins near Bluebonnet.

Also, try to get on nights at UPS in Port Allen.
