The morons are the ones still using fricking Western Union and Moneygram instead of PayPal or something. It's a service for poor at this point, are you really surprised at their customer care?

For someone with no time you sure took some time to make this thread.

You need to find a way not to need those two services. Problem solved.

I have never in my life paid money to give someone else money. Is it enjoyable?

I had to idea what he was talking about, I just didn't want to look stupid and ask "WTF are you talking about". I mean I know what Western Union is, but all that other shite I am not familiar with.

I had a bunch of problems with them. A Nigerian cabinet minister needed to get money out of the country due to political unrest. I had to send legal fees but I was going to get a cut of $10 million. The stoopid Western Union employees repeatedly screwed up the transaction. That poor cabinet minister had to go to Western Union again and again but the clowns in Lagos could never find the transaction. I even had my lawyer, Jack Mehoff, try to wire the money and it still didn't work. The cabinet minister got mad at me and sent me a bunch of nasty emails.

if you are worried about them getting the spelling wrong why dont you have them repeat everything back to you?

Photo copy the front and back of a check to the recipient and email the scanned docs to them. With a smart phone they can immediately deposit into their checking using photos of the pdf you sent with the check images.

Even Africans don't use WU to send money to each other.
Next time I get a Nigerian email I should ask if he'll take MPesa instead, I bet he will.
